Project progress management is simple but important competence. Without having these rituals / practices in place usually we struggle with efficient project management & communication. Exception management🔴 must be used

If exception🔴 arise ( tolerance exceeded) - 1) Business case review is must & 2) Change management must be initiated if needed.

Lessons learned must be aggregated, recorded, passed to future projects as well
