PRINCE2 7 processes integrate all PRINCE2 practices and principles together. PRINCE2 processes are very clear and specific and this is other reason why it is de-facto most practical standard. There are pragmatical number of processes - not too much not too little. All processes proven for ages that are needed for efficient project management.
